Since 2007, RHR has actively asset-managed hotel investments valued at over $500 million. In addition to our proficiency in the management of debt investments for banks, debt funds and other institutional investors, we are equally adept at managing equity investments for single-asset and portfolio owners. Professional and diligent hotel asset management is particularly important since it is continually necessary to reinvest capital into real estate in order to maximize value. Throughout our history, we have efficiently managed and been involved with all types of hotel renovations and FF&E replacement programs.
